Job Summary
Answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth, responding quickly to client inquiries and job applicants via phone, text, and email. Schedule Client Care Consultations and interviews, then enter and update information accurately in company software. Follow up with prospective clients and applicants while communicating important information with branch staff to help maintain reports and support daily team goals. This role requires excellent phone etiquette, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy, high-volume environment. Must be available Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with the ability to come into the office one day per week.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Comfortable typing and entering data accurately
- Professional, positive, and dependable
- Must be able to come in office 1 day a week
- Availability Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
