Manage email, fax, and web portals for new referrals while answering incoming calls and collaborating with departments to complete admissions. Obtain documentation to process referrals, verify insurance coverage for patient out-of-pocket costs, and coordinate with authorization counterparts to ensure successful medication dispensing and billing. Communicate with patients regarding the referral process, expenses, and questions, while arranging nursing services and negotiating rates based on insurance requirements. Capture all relevant information in internal systems and review medical policies and contracting details. This role supports TwelveStone Health Partners in delivering advanced medications for chronic conditions like Multiple Sclerosis and Crohn's Disease.
