Intake & Scheduling Specialist

Job Summary
Coordinate intake scheduling and appointment management for clients and families within an ABA environment. Communicate professionally with families, clinical staff, and internal teams; maintain accurate client records and scheduling information; manage intake workflows, scheduling updates, and documentation; track scheduling updates, cancellations, and intake-related concerns; assist with reporting, documentation, and workflow coordination; maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all communications and records; support additional administrative and scheduling tasks as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
- Excellent communication skills required
- Calm, professional, customer-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Experience using Microsoft Teams preferred
- Experience using Qglobal preferred
- Experience using IntakeQ preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience working with US-based healthcare or ABA environments is an advantage
