Job Summary
Coordinate assessments of incoming patients with A&R Counselors, screen referrals, and initiate the admission process with Admissions Clerks and Clinicians. Actively engage in the health care team by assessing physical and psychological conditions continuously and collaborating on tailored goals and interventions based on patient strengths. Uphold a safe therapeutic environment while utilizing the nursing process aligned with organizational values. This full-time role offers a base pay of $48.00 - $64.00 hourly plus monthly bonuses and shift differentials, with 100% company-paid medical insurance up to family coverage. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing
- Valid Washington State RN license
- A minimum of three years experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility
- Exceptional crisis management skills
- Time management skills

- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Calm, organized, and professional demeanor
- Ability to engage in the health care team
- Ability to offer direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians
