Job Summary
Supervises intake and recertification staff for the HCV Program, ensuring policy compliance and coordination with social service organizations. Develops and implements procedures, monitors scheduling of recertifications, assists with application processing requirements, manages monthly program reports, and serves as liaison during tenant hearings. Trains subordinates on existing and new policies, performs quality reviews, and supports confidentiality and attendance requirements. This telework-eligible role requires involvement with public interactions and demonstrated ability to interpret Federal regulations and manage program resources.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, or equivalent, with college level courses in psychology or sociology, and over two years experience
- an equivalent combination of higher education and experience may be substituted for work experience
- Appropriate clerical, typing, and computer experience
- Familiarity and experience with basic computer principles and usage
- Ability to work independently, have a good sense of priorities, and be willing to use initiative
- Ability to positively meet the public and work with the disadvantaged
- Ability to understand and interpret Federal regulations and use effective management tools
- Versatile, well organized with the ability to communicate effectively with people
- Possess a valid Oklahoma Drivers License with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to retain proprietary information as confidential
- Ability to comply with Authority attendance policies
