Job Summary
Intake / QA Specialist to guide participants through workforce development applications, verify eligibility, and ensure records accuracy; support outreach and recruitment to connect more people with services; enter client data into the case management system, review files for compliance, track referrals and enrollments, and prepare monthly enrollment reports; engage participants and referral partners via in-person, phone, or electronic communications, and participate in outreach events to expand service access.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years’ experience with online data entry systems
- 1–4 years’ experience working with youth and/or adults
- CPR and First Aid certification, plus crisis intervention training
- Valid Ohio driver’s license, personal auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Certifications related to workforce development are a plus
