Job Summary
Conduct community outreach and networking activities to promote services and support clients, including hosting and attending clinic and community events as a representative of Endeavors. Execute effective outreach strategies to foster positive ties with third-party vendors, special groups, and community organizations throughout the city. Manage daily assignments, ensure deadlines are met, and support planning and coordination of facility events. Report outreach efforts weekly to the Program Manager, evaluate event success, and prepare reports as requested. Communicate with internal and external parties to build positive relationships while maintaining the highest ethical standards. Immediately report emergencies to the Program Manager. Requires a driver's license, daily vehicle use, and availability for travel and weekend support.
Required Qualifications
- BA in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Communications or related field
- 1+ years case management experience
- Driver's License with a clear record
- Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance
- Works business hours
- Position requires support before and after workday and weekends as assigned
- Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice
- Must be available and willing to travel to various locations
Desired Qualifications
- Project management or event planning experience
- Prior experience in mental health outreach within community and/or veteran organizations
- 2+ years in a customer service-focused environment
- At least two years' experience in supervisory roles
- 2-3 years in outreach and marketing activities
