Intake Manager

Oversee the intake process to ensure timely and accurate client assessments, working closely with the Revenue Cycle team to obtain insurance authorizations for assessments and ongoing treatment. Schedule initial assessments and ongoing services, ensuring clinical documentation is submitted within timeframes to prevent service disruptions. Partner with the RBT Coordinator to communicate upcoming client needs and maintain comprehensive records for compliance. Assist in developing policies to improve intake procedures and collaborate with community organizations for outreach efforts. Provide positive leadership, manage budgetary accountability for authorized services, and maintain an open communication process to support team building and client satisfaction.
