Screen patient admissions and communicate assessment data to physicians to determine appropriate levels of care. Collaborate with the nursing department, clinical staff, and intake team to ensure timely patient admissions while contributing to department meetings and quality initiatives. Maintain all services within TJC requirements under the direction of the Director of Assessments and Referral and the shift RN. This role requires an LVN with BLS and crisis management certification, offering 2-3 years of admissions experience preferred.
