Job Summary
Intake Eligibility Specialist responsibilities include establishing rapport with customers and providers, determining eligibility by reviewing documentation, performing required math to calculate the parent’s share of cost, and entering data into The Texas Child Care Connection TX3C system and the Financial Aid Communication System (FACS) with accuracy. The role also requires maintaining accurate customer files, documenting all contacts (phone, email, in person), addressing and resolving complaints, complying with all policies and standards, and performing other duties as assigned. Preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years of customer service experience, and strong analytical, mathematical, and data-entry skills.
