Intake/Detox Behavioral Health Associate 1

Conduct safety checks at 15-minute intervals and provide personal care services including toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, meals, and changing bed linens. Obtain vital signs, document clinical information accurately, and interact with patients to observe behaviors and communicate significant observations to nursing staff. Facilitate educational groups covering social skills, coping skills, anger management, and independent living while engaging patients in activities to encourage treatment goals. Assist with transportation coordination, resolve patient complaints, and maintain required documentation for incidents and events. Work the BHA-Intake/Detox 2nd Shift with a sign-on bonus of $2500.00.
