Job Summary
Respond to crisis inquiries and intakes while providing clinical screening and crisis intervention services. Mobilize internal and external resources to establish appropriate stabilization and disposition of each case in coordination with psychiatric staff. Ensure appropriate information and referral for follow-up care in cases not requiring admission to hospital services. Full-time day and night shift availability required. Master's degree and active LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license in a mental health field are necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree
- LPC, LMFT or LCSW License, in mental health or related field, or with mental health experience
- Knowledge of or experience in working with mental health or chemical dependency field
- Ability to work cooperatively with the program staff
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Clinical experience sufficient to perform required clinical assessment services
Desired Qualifications
- Training in non-violent crisis intervention
