Job Summary
Manage paperwork and keep records of customer personal documents while ensuring all registration forms are properly signed and filed. Appropriately handle customers personally identifiable information and perform data entry and related clerical work. Answer inquiry calls and emails from prospective customers and refer them to partner agencies based on their individual needs. Attend staff webinars, workshops, and training. Assist Career Counselors in administrative and clerical duties. Requires a high school diploma, two years of relevant work experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency in computer applications. Full-time position at EAC Network in Hempstead, NY.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or educational equivalent
- Minimum of two years of relevant work experience
- Must have access to automobile
- Possess valid Driver's License
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer applications or other automated systems such as spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications, calendar, email and/or database software
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using the One-Stop Operating System (OSOS)
