Job Summary
Intake Coordinator at the Western Headquarters manages client intake at Career Centers, handling walk-ins, calls, and referrals; coordinates weekly orientations with the Success Coach; ensures client eligibility and proper documentation (I-9) and accurate data entry in CaseWorthy; connects clients with the Success Coach during Orientation and Graduation; supports referral processing, and assigns clients to the Assessment Team while maintaining compliance and data quality.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, or the ability to obtain through the Excel Center required
- Associate degree preferred
- Demonstrated experience in client intake, customer service, or administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CaseWorthy
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Flexible availability

- Must be able to frequently bend, twist, reach above shoulder level, push/pull, crouch or stoop, kneel, and lift/move up to 50 lbs
