Job Summary
Intake Coordinator at Western Headquarters in South Bend, IN, responsible for managing walk-ins, call-ins, and community referrals; process referrals within 24 hours; schedule 1-2 orientations weekly with the Success Coach; provide overview of services; ensure clients have work-ready documents including I-9; verify eligibility for services; connect clients with the Success Coach during Orientation and Graduation; accurately enter client demographics into CaseWorthy; upload referrals and I-9 documentation; assign clients to the Assessment Team; perform other duties as assigned. Requires high school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred), experience in client intake or administrative roles, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to pass background/drug screening, and valid US work authorization; candidate must be flexible with availability and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
