Job Summary
Serve as the primary contact for incoming client inquiries and referrals, collecting and processing new client information accurately. Coordinate with clinical and care teams to schedule assessments and initiate services while maintaining detailed client records in compliance with policies. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth intake procedures and support client onboarding. This role requires strong communication skills and proficiency with electronic health records systems.
