Intake Coordinator

Job Summary
Intake Coordinator (Part-Time) to make outbound calls to existing leads and assist enrollment for free government meal programs. Responsibilities include following intake procedures, maintaining detailed call records, scheduling follow-ups, and communicating with clients in English, Arabic, and/or Spanish. Requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills; prior call center or intake experience is a plus. Remote work with a Part-Time schedule aligned to Eastern Standard Time.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Fluent in Arabic and/or Spanish preferred
- Comfortable making outbound calls daily
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and follow procedures
- Previous call center, intake coordination, or customer support experience is a plus
