Job Summary
Intake Coordinator at Innovive Health to oversee the inbound referral process from first contact to admission; perform insurance verifications, obtain authorizations, verify patient eligibility, and manage referral workflows. Data entry into EMRs, coordination with clinicians and multiple departments to ensure timely care and regulatory compliance, and support for billing and documentation. Requires an Associates degree (or equivalent) and 1+ year healthcare administrative experience; strong knowledge of medical terminology and proficiency in Windows (Word/Excel) tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on one-on-one patient care in a home-health setting.
