Intake Coordinator - Hillsborough Campus

Admit animals into the Adoption Program by partnering with the public, rescues, shelters, and volunteers while interfacing with key sourcing partners. Manage lost/found animals, handle stray emails during operating hours, and patiently work with distressed or frustrated clients. Answer and return calls, process return-to-owner procedures with Vet Tech, and ensure proper paperwork is completed. Maintain office needs including supply requests and building repairs, assist with daily tasks like laundry and cleaning, and help the medical team handle animals. Lift 50+ lbs and cross-train in exam room procedures for staff shortages. This full-time, non-exempt role requires direct supervision from the Intake Manager and offers a salary of $16.00/hour, potentially increasing to $19.00 within the first 9 months.
