Intake Coordinator

Collect and verify client forms for accuracy and completeness, then scan and upload all documentation into the MyAvatar electronic health record. Update client paperwork annually, complete pre-admission and admission entries, and perform Financial Eligibility updates. Conduct benefits and eligibility verification, communicate financial responsibility payments, and perform monthly verification of active insurance coverage. This hybrid remote role supports the organization's mission by maintaining compliance and monitoring client coverage throughout their care. The position requires a high school diploma, associate's degree preferred, and at least 21 years of age.
