Job Summary
Manage daily communication with employees, referral sources, and customers while processing new referrals into the electronic medical record system. Enter referral data accurately into WellSky ERM, sort incoming documentation including H&P and F2F evaluations, and conduct welcome calls to verify demographics and access instructions. Monitor inventory for Start of Care packets and wound vac supplies, fax results to physicians, and oversee telehealth trends. Maintain HIPAA compliance and adhere to the Avow Compliance and Ethics Plan. Work Monday through Friday with alternating weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree
- one to two years related experience

- Knowledge of basic typing skills
