Job Summary
Educate prospective patients through the intake process leading to enrollment with Always Compassionate Home Care. Obtain initial authorization for care from pharmacies or insurance companies and proactively organize coverage for the start of care. Maintain consistent communication with referral sources and initiate outreach to potential partners in the community. Document and report changes in client status, service requirements, or assigned staff to the Supervisor. Serves as the initial point of contact for clients, families, and all referral sources. This role is based in-office/on-site five days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in health-related field
- Bilingual
- Excellent time management skills
- Attentive to details, particularly with documentation
- Experience in working in a fast-paced health care/office environment
- Customer service experience
- Technically savvy - proficient in use of smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other devices
- Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written
- The position is based in-office/on site 5 days per week
