Job Summary
Serve as the primary contact for individuals inquiring about the program, clearly communicating expectations and conducting interviews to assess readiness. Coordinate intake with families, medical providers, and legal contacts, while facilitating orientation and maintaining accurate records throughout the process. Provide direct support, mentorship, and accountability to students by overseeing daily schedules, performing roll calls, and transporting them to appointments. Build relationships with referral partners and uphold the ministry's mission while assisting with phone coverage, facility maintenance, and tracking student finances.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a structured environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable
- Team-oriented with a positive, teachable attitude
- Integrity and professionalism
- Compassion balanced with accountability
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and within structured schedules
- Must support and actively live out the mission and values of the ministry
- Ability to build relationships and foster personal and spiritual growth in others
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to assist in areas outside primary responsibilities
- Must pass background screening per accreditation standards
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, driving, lifting (occasionally 50+ lbs), and general movement required for daily operations
