Job Summary
Intake Coordinator role in Madison, WI guiding patient intake and office operations for home care services. Responsibilities include supporting the Client Service Supervisor in ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards, receiving referral calls, documenting job orders, assisting in staffing with qualified personnel, organizing/reorganizing home care schedules, verifying client insurance, assisting with marketing, payroll and collections as needed, ensuring compliance with laws and policies (including JCAHO), promoting the agency to patients/clients, providing input to management on process improvements, and completing additional assignments. Requires an Associate degree or 2+ years in a related medical/office role, plus strong communication, organizational, and computer skills. Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree OR 2+ years of Patient Intake/Medical office role
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Intake/Medical Office role
