Intake Clinician

Intake Clinician serves as the vibrant first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through the enrollment process for outpatient behavioral health services. Responsibilities include screening referrals, initiating admission within 1–2 business days, scheduling initial intake appointments, managing pre-intake and intake documentation and calendars, verifying insurance eligibility, coordinating with clinical teams, tracking waitlists, and providing warm client support. Role requires a Master’s degree in a mental health field and independent licensure, willingness to participate in an on-call rotation including evenings and some weekends, and collaboration with Clinic Director and staff to assign new cases. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $105,000 USD annually, with location in Quincy, MA.
