Intake Attorney

Intake Attorney at Antonyan Miranda, LLP – Temecula, CA. Full-time, in-person role with base salary plus performance-based bonuses. Conduct phone consultations with prospective clients, build rapport, assess case fit, and convert qualified leads into clients. Explain the firm’s value, retainers, and next steps; match clients with the appropriate litigator based on needs, complexity, and budget; deliver five-star service to every prospective client; oversee onboarding and ensure a smooth handoff to the litigation team. Ideal candidate is professional, polished, persuasive, an excellent communicator, organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with high-net-worth clients, and sales-minded.
