Job Summary
Intake Assessment RN responsible for responding to referrals, providing technical support to discharge planning, conducting biopsychosocial assessments to determine level of care, assisting with admissions, notifying on-call doctors, processing admissions paperwork, maintaining intake logs, and following up with patients; requires WA RN licensure, acute psychiatric intake experience preferred, DSM/MS exam knowledge, and addiction/recovery domain familiarity; full-time with competitive benefits and up to $9K retention bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed to practice in the State of Washington as a RN is required
- Experience in intake assessment activities within an acute psychiatric setting, preferred
- Working knowledge of the latest DSM and Mental Status Exam and working knowledge of the Addiction and Recovery field
