Intake and Sales Representative

Intake and Sales Representative role focused on leading participant acquisition, managing intake processes, and guiding applicants through onboarding for home care packages. Responsibilities include acting as primary contact for new participants, handling inbound/outbound sales inquiries, converting leads into participants, completing intake assessments to determine eligibility, guiding applicants through the approval process with government agencies, and sustaining proactive relationships to support participant retention. Requires experience in healthcare or care management, understanding of Consumer Directed Care principles, strong analytical and communication skills, ability to operate in fast-paced, regulated environments, and willingness to obtain required screenings and certifications (Police Check, WWCC, NDIS checks) as well as First Aid/CPR and vaccination where applicable.
