Job Summary
Conduct intake interviews to determine student eligibility and administer BEST Plus 3.0 and TABE CLAS-E assessments. Coordinate student testing throughout the academic year while monitoring compliance with DESE Adult Education requirements. Maintain accurate enrollment, assessment, and student records by designing efficient data systems and generating monthly reports. Support student recruitment through outreach activities and represent the program at community events and resource fairs. Develop partnerships with community organizations and referral agencies while collaborating with instructors, counselors, and leadership. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development within an office and classroom setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience teaching adult ESOL or Adult Basic Education
- Ability to obtain or maintain BEST Plus 3.0 and TABE CLAS-E certification
- Strong organizational, communication, technology, and data management skills
- Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse adult learners
- Massachusetts Adult Education, LACES, outreach, recruitment, and bilingual (English/Spanish) experience
