Job Summary
As an Intake Administrator, you will support occupational injury reporting for Workers’ Compensation Boards and ensure claims are managed according to provincial requirements and client policies. Responsibilities include data entry, responding to emails, liaising with clients, reviewing correspondence, conducting quality assurance, and working collaboratively within a team. You must possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
