Job Summary
Intact Family Services Case Manager provides in-home, intensive case management to strengthen family units and prevent children from entering foster care. Responsibilities include meeting with families in their homes, coordinating with medical/educational/mental health providers, conducting visits to assess child safety and well-being, developing and implementing service plans with the family, handling court documents and filings, and traveling as needed. Requires a Bachelor's degree in social work or related field and a Child Welfare Employee License; 0-6 months of case management experience preferred. Role includes on-call duties, potential evenings/weekends, and extended hours to meet deadlines. Supervisory coordination aligns with department needs; 40-hour workweek with eligibility for benefits and potential evenings/weekends.
Required Qualifications
