Job Summary
Conduct operational reviews and evaluations for assigned franchise locations, assisting with sales and cost control solutions while enforcing service standards, product quality, and safety protocols. Execute the company's strategic plan by setting up business reviews, creating action plans, and supporting restaurant development including site approval and kitchen design. Provide coaching and guidance to franchisees on training programs, new openings, and systematic operational improvements to drive sales growth and profitability. Travel as needed within India to support these initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- approximately six (6) years of any combination of experience and/or education that demonstrates QSR knowledge of Restaurant Operations, Franchise management, or a related field
- Experience supporting an international market launch
- Bachelor's Degree
- demonstrated track record of meeting operational goals, standards, building sales, and maximizing profits
- ability to determine expectations, measure effectiveness in processes, enforce quality standards, and meet commitments
- excellent problem-resolution skills and the ability to maintain relationships
- strong analytical and organizational skills and have the ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies with positive business results
- strong work ethic
- high level of confidentiality to ensure proper handling of sensitive information
- strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems for daily business use
- clear and concise verbal and written communication, ensuring messages are understood across all levels
- Travels as needed within India
