Job Summary
Insurer Account Manager role based in Canada (Toronto area) focusing on acting as primary contact for insurer clients, managing relationships, contract discussions and invoicing, supporting delivery and launch of client technology solutions, and leading regular client/internal meetings to manage progress, risks, and opportunities. The position emphasizes career progression, structured onboarding, mentoring, and access to industry training; preference for CIP designation or French language skills, and occasional travel within Canada. Key responsibilities include coordinating with brokers and MGAs, driving client engagement, and shaping client solutions within Acturis’ insurance technology platform.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience within the insurance industry, ideally in a relationship focused or client-facing role
- Experience building long term client relationships, managing contract negotiations, and understanding client needs to deliver effective solutions
- Hold, or are working towards, a CIP designation or bring French language skills
