Job Summary
Training Specialist to expand Orion180 University, creating engaging learning materials across microlearning, eLearning, instructor-led sessions, and job aids. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content aligns with learning objectives and business needs; review and edit materials for accuracy, clarity, and consistency; perform quality checks; stay current with instructional design trends; design experiences across classroom, virtual, and online environments; develop content from storyboards and LXDs, including scripts and walkthroughs; leverage tools like PowerPoint, LMS platforms, and e-learning authoring tools to produce scalable learning solutions for independent insurance agents and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred in instructional design, education, or related field
