Job Summary
Lead the sales team's daily performance, expand business by building relationships with existing customers, and coach members to deliver consistent customer care. Oversee the sales team to achieve operational targets, monitor performance, and assist with escalated customer service issues. Execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence while mentoring others to achieve substantial financial rewards. This role offers unlimited uncapped commission, a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, and comprehensive benefits including a 401K with company match. Required Qualifications
- 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent of experience/education
Desired Qualifications
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams
- Understanding of fiduciary duty and maintaining high levels of integrity and ethics
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers
- Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
