Job Summary
Manage day-to-day project operations and lead recurring status meetings for Insurance Value Chain initiatives. Provide technical direction across data modeling, predictive modeling, and automation while ensuring industry best practices and timely issue resolution. Actively seek process improvements, diagnose inefficiencies, and strategize alignment between business objectives and project deliverables. Facilitate seamless communication flows and build trusted advisor relationships with global clients. Lead cross-functional teams, manage program governance frameworks, and serve as the functional domain expert to meet client expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors/Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research or related analytics areas
- 9-11 years Core Analytics experience
- prior Consulting/Implementation Experience
- Experience with Insurance Clients (P&C /L&A / Health)
- Extensive experience in Pricing /Product Analytics
- Experience in working in dual shore engagement
- experience in managing clients directly
- Competitor analysis
- Adhoc data analysis to solve business problems
- Complete understanding and demonstrated experience of Python

- SQL
- Visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau
