Key duties include handling beneficiary and ownership changes, bank changes, premium mode changes, duplicate policy requests, Agent of Record changes, coverage adjustments, lapse and reinstatement, policy cancellation, and death claims. The role involves updating client databases, communicating with financial institutions and insurers to process collateral assignments, processing policy suspensions due to military deployment, and reinstating from suspension, while delivering high-quality customer service to established clients. Required skills include strong attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and proficient Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word). Education requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalent.
