Job Summary
Insurance Service Specialist role handling insurance service and clerical support for Auto Club's branch offices. Responsibilities include maintenance and servicing of insurance policies, verifying new business, processing insurance and membership payments, updating electronic member information, and maintaining filing systems. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office and excellent communication/interpersonal skills; experience in a sales environment preferred. Training programs support skill development. Starting pay range is $20.92–$23.01 per hour with eligibility for performance-based incentives.
