Job Summary
Answer member questions, process insurance and membership payments, and make changes to existing Property & Casualty policies. Verify new business applications, update electronic member information, and maintain filing systems. Perform clerical support duties including typing and servicing insurance policies. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred. Starting pay is $21.63-$23.79 per hour with eligibility for an incentive program based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office software products
