Job Summary
Insurance Sales Specialist in bancassurance to facilitate growth of Regular Pay Saving and Protection Plans through bank channels. Stationed in a partner bank's branch to provide professional insurance planning services, achieve insurance sales targets in collaboration with branch staff, analyze customers' financial situations, recommend appropriate life insurance products, build and maintain customer relationships, and provide quality after-sales service. Requires Form 5 or higher; regulatory license for insurance intermediary; minimum 2 years sales experience in bancassurance or insurance; IIQE papers; Mandarin is an advantage. Required Qualifications
- Form 5 graduate or above, degree holder preferable but not a must
- Meet minimum regulatory requirement for insurance intermediary license
- At least 2 years relevant sales experience in bancassurance or insurance business field
- Knowledge on insurance products and services
- IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3 & 5 (2 & 5 optional)
- Fluent mandarin speaking is an advantage
