Job Summary
Conduct face-to-face meetings with farmers, small business owners, and families to build trust and educate them on supplemental insurance solutions. Execute a proven 10-step sales process to identify prospects, deliver presentations, and close deals, supported by AI-driven training and personalized coaching. Collaborate within a team-based culture that shares best practices and celebrates wins while focusing on relationship building and deal closure. Travel Monday through Thursday with overnight stays, then enjoy weekends off.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- Comfortable with overnight travel Monday–Thursday
