Job Summary
Insurance Sales Representative role focused on traveling to meet farmers, small business owners, and families to educate them about Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions. Utilize Platinum’s 10-step sales process supported by AI-driven training to identify prospects, deliver compelling presentations, and close sales. This commission-based position offers uncapped earnings potential (commonly $75,000+ in the first year; top performers >$100,000), a four-day workweek with weekends off, and opportunities for advancement. The role emphasizes face-to-face customer engagement, collaboration within a team-based culture, and travel (overnight) within your territory. Travel schedule is Monday–Thursday with generous travel incentives and ongoing support from marketing, recruiting, back-office, and customer service teams.
