Job Summary
Conduct face-to-face meetings with farmers, small business owners, and families to educate them on supplemental insurance solutions and close sales. Execute a structured 10-step sales process to identify prospects and deliver compelling presentations, supported by AI-driven training and personalized coaching. Maintain motivation within a team-based culture that shares best practices and celebrates wins while Platinum manages marketing, recruiting, and back-office support. Travel Monday through Thursday for territory coverage, followed by weekends off.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- Comfortable with overnight travel Monday–Thursday
