Job Summary
Travel to your territory to meet potential customers (farmers, small business owners, and families) face-to-face to educate them about Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions. Follow Platinum’s 10-step sales process to identify prospects, deliver compelling presentations, and close more sales, backed by AI-driven training and mentorship. Work within a team-based culture that celebrates wins and shares best practices. Enjoy a four-day workweek with weekends off, uncapped earning potential, residual income, advancement opportunities, and company-sponsored trips and events. Overnight travel Monday–Thursday is expected, with emphasis on building trust, presenting solutions, and closing deals.
Required Qualifications
- Current or aspiring sales professional with strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel Monday–Thursday to meet customers
- Ability to educate customers about supplemental insurance solutions
- Comfort with a commission-based compensation structure
- Ability to follow a structured sales process (10-step system)
