Job Summary
Conduct face-to-face meetings with farmers, small business owners, and families to educate them on supplemental insurance solutions and close sales. Execute a time-tested 10-step sales process to identify prospects and deliver compelling presentations, supported by AI-driven training and personalized coaching. Maintain motivation within a team-based culture that shares best practices and celebrates wins while leveraging resources for marketing and customer service. Travel Monday through Thursday with overnight trips included, followed by weekends off.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- Comfortable with overnight travel Monday–Thursday
