Insurance Sales Representative at Platinum Supplemental Insurance. Travel to your territory Monday–Thursday to meet farmers and small business owners and educate them on Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions. Four-day workweek with uncapped earning potential; commission-based role with many reps earning $75,000+ in their first year and top performers $100,000+. Company provides marketing, recruiting, back-office support, and customer service; AI-based 10-step sales training and ongoing mentorship support your growth. Responsibilities include traveling to meet potential customers, following the 10-step sales process to identify prospects, deliver presentations, and close sales; collaborative, team-based culture with incentives like bonuses, renewal income, and travel perks. Requirements include being 18+ years old and able to travel Monday–Thursday; strong communicator who can build relationships and explain concepts clearly.
