Job Summary
Conduct face-to-face meetings with farmers, small business owners, and families to educate them on supplemental insurance solutions and close sales. Execute a structured 10-step sales process to identify prospects and deliver presentations, supported by AI-driven training and coaching. Collaborate within a team-based culture to share best practices and drive performance. Travel Monday through Thursday with overnight stays, followed by weekends off. Earn uncapped commissions and residual income based on individual results.
