Job Summary
Solicit new business and maintain current levels by selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. Build relationships with clients to meet production goals and educate them on the best product fits. Process currency transactions accurately and deliver deposits with scanned documentation to the agency management system. No cold calling required; utilize high volume of inbound leads and walk-in traffic. Confie is ranked the #1 Personal Lines Leader by the Insurance Journal.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Sales or customer service experience
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers
- Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
