Job Summary
Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones. Contact potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals to appraise their wishes and demands, then offer tailored protection plans based on their risk profiles. Prepare reports to shareholders on business success, retain awareness of transactions and terms, and check insurance claims to safeguard reputation. Fulfill all company-established policy obligations while replenishing job-specific knowledge for the field. Requires at least two years of experience in insurance sales and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent skills in communication and presentation
- At least 2 years of experience as an Insurance sales representative
- Good comprehension of insurance plans including automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc.
- Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings
- Goal-oriented
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
- High school or BSc degree
