Job Summary
Manage, coach, and develop a team of high-performing inside sales associates to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Monitor individual and team metrics such as leads taken, calls made, and conversion rates to identify performance trends, then provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Lead communication efforts across multiple channels to ensure agents remain informed on products, procedures, and company policy changes. This role requires an Unrestricted Resident Property/Casualty Producer's License and three years of progressive call center leadership experience. On target annual earnings reach $120,000, comprising a base salary of $60,450–$78,000 plus monthly incentives and a potential 10% annual bonus. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Currently possess an Unrestricted Resident Property/Casualty Producer's License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree
- Three years of progressive call center leadership experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to think analytically to identify qualitative or quantitative trends and recommend appropriate actions
- Effective problem solving/process improvement skills used to identify and resolve operational, customer-facing and/or employee relations problems
- One year of experience administering payroll functions in a highly complex commission-based structure
- Three years of experience leading team communications across multiple channels (email, newsletter, live presentation) that includes informational content over a frequent and regular cadence
- Three years of experience working across organizations, including Legal and Human Resources Departments to produce and maintain compliant sales scripting, standard operating procedures, and model for corrective actions/accountability
